Paint your own Postcard while enjoying a glass of Prosecco
(no experience necessary)
Walk around Florence visiting traditional & historical locations starting with a welcome coffee and typical pastry. We'll visit a boutique delicatessen founded in 1885 for a gourmet panino accompanied by a glass of prosecco followed by a visit to an iconic trattoria that uses a 118-year-old wood-fired oven where we will taste two traditional Tuscan dishes accompanied by a glass of Chianti. You will also learn about the favourite street-food of all Florentines before enjoying traditional cantuccini (biscotti) with a small glass of vin santo. We'll then finish off our tour with gelato from a gelateria that has been attracting local Florentines since 1939 with its traditional techniques and recipe!

"I highly recommend this gift to yourself!!"
An afternoon with Lisa is a perfect blend of Florence, Food, Fashion and Friendship! I couldn't have enjoyed it more and it resulted in a deep love for Florence (and Lisa)! Lisa does a great job personalizing the experience to match your interests and tastes and at the same time giving you secret morsels of history along the way.
"Lisa was fantastic- very knowledgeable and friendly"
A wonderful way to spend a morning in Florence. Lisa was delightful and a great resource about Florence, food and other activities to see while in Florence.
It was a truly memorable evening and Lisa was an outstanding and knowledgeable guide.
This could be you....
"We started with a Negroni mixing class which really got the party started!"
Lisa was delightful, accommodating and full of great information about Florence and food. The walking was a perfect amount and it was a wonderful experience!
I will never forget my joy when many years ago, I found my very first porcino mushroom. I really couldn’t believe my eyes when after what seemed like endless hours of climbing up and down a mountainside in the hills above Pistoia, about an hour from Florence.
On a clear day in late February, just before Italy went into lockdown, I set off from Florence to Podere il Casale, an organic, family-run farm located in the breathtakingly beautiful area of the Val D’Orcia. The property, located about ten minutes from the Renaissance town of Pienza has been owned by Swiss-born, Ulisse Braendli and his wife Sandra, for the last thirty years.
