These are some of my watercolours from when I was living in Italy at the age of 22. I used to sit out the front of the Uffizi Gallery and sell the paintings to passing tourists. Credit, of course must go to my teacher, Marco Ramazzotti who taught me the art of watercolour painting which then led on to me pursuing additional classes in oils when I returned to Australia.
So due to work commitments, much traveling and then moving to Italy and leaving all of my paints and canvases in Australia, it has been a while since I have picked up a brush. I do intend to get back into my art because I miss the creative meditation.
Now if I could just get this image into my Blog header I would be very happy but it is quite late and this over-tired Aussie is not making much sense of HTML codes, image size restrictions and theme options……….
Allora Buona Notte a Tutti! A Domani…..
